When
Alexander Lee began Project Laundry List in 1995, he was a
leading opponent of Hydro-Quebec's major dam projects in the
James Bay region of Northern Quebec.
Today,
there are only a few stalwart activists paying attention to
the plight of the great rivers in this region.
